Jeremiah helps business owners and professionals take control of their finances and get excited about their futures. He is both a financial planner and an attorney—providing holistic services that add real-world value to clients’ lives. Jeremiah joined TriCord Advisors, Inc. in 2020 and founded TriCord Legal Services, Inc. to provide legal services to the clients of TriCord Advisors when needed.
Jeremiah is a third-generation resident of Riverside, California, where he continues to live with his wife and their four children. When not at work, he is on an adventure with his family or making progress on a ten-year goal of section hiking the Pacific Crest Trail with his father. Jeremiah is a graduate of Leadership Riverside Class of 2017 through the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce. He is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire, is a Board Member of the Woodcrest Christian School System, and serves at his local church.
Jeremiah earned his undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business followed by two years working in San Francisco as an analyst with the global management consulting firm Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN). Jeremiah graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a faculty scholar on a full-ride scholarship and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law. While in law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and interned with Western Asset Management Company in London, U.K. under the local general counsel.
Prior to joining TriCord Advisors, Inc., Jeremiah spent seven years with Best Best & Krieger LLP, a full-service law firm, with over 200 attorneys and 10 offices. He practiced as a business attorney in California, focusing his time on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, estate planning, and business and succession planning. Jeremiah is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

With over twenty years of experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, and consulting, Matthew has first-hand knowledge in a broad range of industries. Clients include construction, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, not-for-profit, property management, and retail.
Matthew is an integral part of his clients' strategic team. He works closely with the owners of businesses to assist with growth and tax planning, profitability analysis, and succession planning while also providing implementation of accounting software, set-up of internal controls, and employee training.

Miranda Evans is the Deputy Director of the Community and Economic Development Department for the City of Riverside, where she leads the City’s efforts in economic development and real property services. Miranda brings over a decade of experience in local government to the role, with a professional background in city planning, administration, and economic development.
Before joining the City of Riverside, she advanced Chula Vista's economic profile, earning multiple national and international awards for her work. Evans holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University (SDSU), a master’s degree in Political Psychology from Arizona State University, a graduate certificate in City Management from Villanova University, a professional certificate in Leading Smart Communities from Pepperdine University, a certificate in Economic Development from California State University, Fresno and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and City Planning from SDSU. She has been recognized as one of SDSU’s 25 Emerging Leaders and was named one of 10 Rising Aztec Alumni.

Jennifer McLain Hiramoto is committed to economic development both locally and across California. She has worked in local government for nearly 15 years and was recently appointed as the Chair of the statewide organization, California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED). In Ontario, she serves as the Executive Director of the Economic Development Agency, where she leads the city’s aggressive real estate acquisition and development strategy and oversees its robust business development, marketing, and concierge efforts. Prior to joining Ontario, she worked for the cities of Glendale and Monrovia and the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She resides in Altadena with her husband.
