Nicholas Chang, CCIM, SIOR specializes in selling and leasing industrial and commercial properties suitable for E-Commerce, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics in Los Angeles and The Inland Empire. In addition to single-tenant properties, Nicholas also focuses on the sales & leasing of multi-tenant industrial and office parks, as well as raw land for vertical industrial development.

Since the start of his career in 2002, Nicholas has averaged over sixty industrial building transactions closings per year totaling over a billion dollars of aggregate value, including the largest single-tenant industrial building sale in the Los Angeles basin in 2017, a 1.08 Million square foot distribution center building in Buena Park, CA. During his tenure at NAI Capital from 2009-2024, Nicholas was a 10-time “Capital Club” awards recipient including multi-year awards for Largest Deal, Largest Commission, Most Inter-Office Deals, Platinum Club, and Broker of the Year.

Constanza Pachon

The Whole Child

Constanza Pachon is the Chief Executive Officer of The Whole Child. She joined the organization in January 2018 to build upon its then-60-year legacy of service excellence. Constanza oversees all matters of strategic planning, financial and operational management, fundraising, and communications. She also serves as the organization’s spokesperson and chief liaison with the community, partners, donors, and funding agencies. Since 2018, The Whole Child has more than tripled its revenues from $9M in 2018 to $31M in 2023, expanded its footprint in the Southeastern and San Gabriel regions of LA County, piloted the first mental health program in the county addressing early onset schizophrenia and psychosis in teens, opened its first shelter for unhoused families in 2019, opened its Family Access Center in 2022, and is now leading the development of a first-of-its-kind construction project that will provide shelter units, permanent supportive rentals, and ownership opportunities to families experiencing homelessness in LA County.

Sergio M. Ramirez
Director Economic Development
City of Anaheim

Mr. Sergio M. Ramirez is director of Economic Development for the City of Anaheim, where he has served since August 2021.  The newly formed Department was established by the City Council on April 13, 2021. Mr. Ramirez plays a leading role in once-in-a-generation investment and development planned around the Honda Centerthe Angel Stadiumthe Disneyland Resortand throughout the City. 

He is leading revitalization efforts on Beach Boulevard, Brookhurst Street, Euclid Street, State College Boulevard, and other major corridors across the city. In the Anaheim Canyon, Ramirez is enhancing the 2,600-acre business park with a diverse range of business clusters focused around industry and innovation. Recently, he has begun implementation of a new branding and signage campaign for the area, as an Innovation District.  

Mr. Ramirez previously served as the Deputy Director for property and economic development for the City of Long Beach, where he worked on $5 billion in housing, retail, and industrial projects.  This included the 2nd and PCH retail center, redevelopment in Belmont Shore, the Shoreline Gateway Tower residential project, Shoreline Village redevelopment, and the redevelopment of Boeing's former Long Beach site with the attraction businesses satellite launch and other innovative uses. Before joining Long Beach in January 2017, Mr. Ramirez served as senior project manager and project manager II for the City of Anaheim's Community and Economic Development Department from 2004 to 2016.

Mr. Ramirez holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the California State University Los Angeles, and a Bachelors of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is actively involved in professional groups including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the National Association of Industrial and office Properties (NAIOP).
