Join the Southern California CCIM Chapter on Wednesday, May 14th, for an exclusive Wine Tasting and Happy Hour at Pali Wine Co. in the Anaheim Packing District Outpost! This special event will bring together students of our CI 102 class, chapter members, and guests for a relaxed and engaging evening in one of Southern California’s most vibrant redevelopment areas, known for its unique "maker" culture.

Pali Wine Co. is celebrating its 20th anniversary and will share insights into their journey, the art of local winemaking, and the history of their tasting room in this revitalized district.

We will also be joined by Julie Castro, Economic Development Specialist III for the City of Santa Ana, who will give a brief presentation on current development opportunities within the City. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what’s happening in the local market and how it may align with your commercial real estate interests.
